Only products that fail within 30 days of supply will be considered an out of box failure. Proof of final invoice to the end user must be provided. If the customer purchases an advanced replacement for this unit prior to its return, POLAR are in no way obligated to credit the faulty unit back if it is found to not be faulty, outside of the 30 day window, found to not be in new condition or missing any packaging and/or accessories.

PLEASE NOTE (Non-Warranty):
Every non-warranty repair will incur an inspection & handling fee of £150. A purchase order must be provided in advance of the product being returned once this form has been submitted and you have received a response from POLAR. Payment must be made to cover this if the customer doesn’t hold a credit account with POLAR. All charges incurred by POLAR, from AMX, will be billed in addition to the fee mentioned above.
Advanced Replacement Policy
In certain circumstances it may be possible to order an Advanced Replacement unit from POLAR for a product that has failed out of the box. To do so, you must have prior agreement from POLAR, the unit must be an out of box failure (raised as an issue within 30 days of supply), be in new condition and have all its original packaging and accessories. It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure safe delivery of the faulty unit back to POLAR. POLAR reserve the right to refuse the credit of the faulty unit if any of the above conditions are not met, and all invoices must be paid in full.
